Your Fund A Need donation will help us repair the outdoor large dog kennels. Over the years we have made improvements so the large dogs are not directly exposed to the cold rainy, weather.  But now we need to replace the worn, damaged exterior doors and fix the leaky roofs. Additionally, one set of our kennels needs more siding added and the interior doors covered to provide greater safety and warmth. 

We also must renovate our small dogs building which has been damaged and unusable for over a year due to needing a completely new roof.  Thanks to the citizens of Vallejo voting for HSNB in our last Participatory Budgeting, we are in the process of having that new roof installed. 

Once the roof is on, we need to completely refurbish the interior of the building to house our small, stray and adoptable dogs. We plan to create a community housing center,  set up medical recovery rooms, and our intake and grooming centers. 

These improvements aren't just cosmetic; your donations will enhance their safety and comfort and will provide sanctuaries where they will be happier, healthier, and more easily adoptable.
