Casa Tahoe is a three-bedroom, three-bath Mountain Cabin located off of Pioneer Trail in South Lake Tahoe. Casa Tahoe’s location is in a quiet neighborhood, just 6 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, Stateline Casinos, and Lake Tahoe, making it a perfect all-season getaway for couples or your entire family. And don't forget about the family dog!

The back deck affords a relaxing view of the mountains or just stay in the living room as the full-length windows provide you with a view. Enjoy the many extra amenities the owners provide for your entertainment at the cabin such as high-speed internet, cable TV, games, books, Wii, and an extensive DVD library.  

Please note Casa Tahoe is located in a very quiet, peaceful, wooded neighborhood. Sound carries far in this high-altitude air, so they ask that guests keep their voices down while using the back deck. Casa Tahoe is non-smoking and deck and backyard use is restricted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (El Dorado County Vacation Rental Owners Regulation). Occupancy is also strictly enforced, with the maximum occupancy of six (6) people to comply with El Dorado County Vacation Rental Owners Regulations.  Winner bidder must be age 25 or greater to enter into a rental agreement with the Owners. 

Details: Valid for 5 consecutive nights based upon availability. Excludes holidays.  Stay must be booked directly with the owners.   Expiration Date: May 31, 2024.  Winning bidder must sign a contract agreeing to adhere to the El Dorado County Vacation Rental Owners Regulations.
